TMHI's goal is to purchase this real estate for less than 60 cents on the dollar meaning these hand-picked investment properties are purchased well below their assessed value, typically in the $40,000-$300,000 range.
After purchase, the homes are renovated to market standards, and then are rented out as income-producing properties until the real estate market recovers. Once the market rebounds, these outstanding investments will be sold at a profit.
